We have proven track records across real estate lending, development, property management, acquisitions, and turnarounds. We are organized based on the following competitive advantages:

  • Vertically integrated operations – unlike many investors, we are not dependent on third-party managers and contractors with misaligned incentives
  • Proprietary deal flow – most of the investor’s return is made on the buy, and we leverage our relationships, buying power, and closing execution capabilities to generate off-market proprietary deals
  • Breadth of real estate and finance expertise – we are able to quickly evaluate and select only the best of available opportunities and negotiate favorable teams from sellers and lenders

Our team also brings a diverse and balanced perspective to the real estate industry, which is typically dominated by professionals with limited or no exposure to other parts of the business and finance world. With experience in investment banking, investment management, consulting, sales and trading, and managing private assets, we understand what really matters beyond the physical assets and basics of real estate.
