Our team brings several decades of real estate experience, having completed numerous deals across a wide breadth of assets. We bring complementary expertise from across the real estate value chain.
David Ward
David has more than 12+ years in real estate investing and management, including 8 years as a real estate lender. Outside of real estate, David has invested in private equity and debt for 6+ years. David is a finance professional with experience in banking and consulting. He has an MBA from Rotman and is a CFA charterholder.
Gabe Iatarola
Gabe has over 7+ years in real estate, specifically in land development and is a licensed real estate broker. Professionally, Gabe has worked in finance as a trader and in management consulting. He has a BA in Economics from University of Chicago and an MBA from University of Michigan.
Brandon Arnold
Brandon is the Founder and Managing Partner of three vertical integrated real estate companies overseeing 20,000+ units. Additionally, he has 12+ years in direct real estate investing and is a licensed managing broker. Prior to real estate, Brandon worked in finance as an investment banker with Mizuho and Merrill Lynch. He has a BA in Economics from University of Chicago.
Michael Corey
Michael is a Board Member and Chief Revenue Officer of a successful private equity backed nationwide real estate services company. He is also the Founder and Managing Partner of L719 Group, which invests private capital in a wide range of microcap opportunities. Michael has extensive experience in middle market transactions including M&A, turn arounds, and structured investments, having worked as an investment banker for 15 years at Mizuho Securities and Houlihan Lokey. He has an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business, and a Masters of Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
